Co-Owner/Broker/Attorney

"3 things off the bat- I'm an open book, the first one to make fun of myself & I love to make people laugh.

I'm a midwestern girl who's always had big goals & big dreams (large family, successful career, give back to my community, etc.)

I have 3 beautiful (& exhausting ) children (6, 5 & 2- plus a dog) & an incredible husband who works hard taking care of us as well as his patients, & who supports all of my goals & dreams.

Lauren Hernandez

I'm a Midwestern girl who's always had big goals and dreams

My original view of success was as a prominent attorney which led me to attend Wake Forest Law School . After graduating & practicing family law for a while, I realized I didn't love law like I thought I would or should. I had already learned that life is too short to stay in a job you don't love & I wanted something different.

When I told my family, friends, bosses/coworkers I was leaving law to go into real estate, they all thought I was a little (or a lot) crazy. Fast forward almost 9 years & I co-own an incredible business that keeps growing year after year, a business partner I love getting to work with & the best clients who have truly turned into some of our closest friends.

I've always wanted to help people & as a divorce attorney that was trying to make a difficult life event easier, but more often left everyone feeling down or defeated. As a Realtor, I get to be a part of some of the happiest times in a person's life, whether buying a first home, upgrading to a forever home or selling their home & looking forward to the next chapter in their lives."

I also love helping our physician clients who are starting residency, finishing fellowship or an attending ready for his/her new home. Having lived through it with my husband, I understand the nuances & specific details, time frames, etc. that the physician loan, training & attending positions can bring which is why over 75% of my business consists of physicians.

I have been able to call Winston home for almost 13 years now and everyday brings something new. Real estate has been challenging, rewarding & fulfilling in ways I didn't even expect.

So cheers to making choices that others say are crazy & having it work out better than you or they could have ever imagined!" "3 things off the bat- I'm an open book, the first one to make fun of myself & I love to make people laugh.

Co-Owner/Broker In Charge

A great day is one that is wrapped up on my patio with my husband reviewing how thankful I am that this career I enjoy so much has also put me in the path of some amazing people and organizations that allow me to give back to the community and appreciate all that our home of Winston Salem has to offer.

A PERFECT day would include one of our 5 grandkids reminding everyone that “Sassy” is from WV and we need to all sing Country Roads at the top of our lungs. Oh, and Diet Coke, LOTS of Diet Coke.

Missy Farrell

I love to help other women succeed in their own lives too

I use my passion for real estate and incorporate my ability to recognize that the actual process will get you to your goal. I thrive on being able to see how each step plays a part in reaching the final goal. I enjoy a good negotiation but even more than that, I love knowing that I can back up what I am fighting
for with facts and figures.

When I started my career in real estate I made a decision not to look judge my success by the quantity of transactions I complete but by the quality of the interactions I engage in. I don’t want to simply assist you in buying or selling a home, I want to know you, your goals, your needs then help you find or sell YOUR home.

"We were house hunting from out of town and had zero knowledge of the area. Lauren and Missy not only helped us work out what we were looking for but with years of experience in the area helped us find the right house in the right area for us. They are both driven, charming, and so patient! They made the difference in a very stressful time in our lives, taking care of all the little details to make us feel taken care of. By far our best experience house hunting, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new home."

"We worked with Lauren and Missy to purchase our first home, and we could not be happier with that decision. We had heard how stressful it can be to purchase your first house, but Lauren and Missy seemed to take all of the stress out of the situation. They walked us through each step of the process with patience and candor, and we ended up with the perfect home to start our family’s journey in Winston-Salem (at a great price!). We are so thankful to Lauren and Missy!"

TRIPP AND BRYN MOSTERTZ

"My realtor was Lauren Hernandez, who came highly recommend from a fellow colleague. Moving to a new state and not knowing where to begin, Lauren was perfect to say the least. Initially, we discussed desires and area types via email and from there we scheduled dates to view places with ease. She had much patience and was very perceptive of my like and dislikes with each property. Once I found the home I knew I wanted, as a first time home-buyer I had many many questions. Lauren made herself available to answer every single question in detail. She has a great personality and her goal is to find you a home that you will love. I would definitely use this agency for any future property purchases. There was utmost professionalism, care, and patience with my home purchaser. Grade A++, in my book."

"We used Lauren Hernandez for our relocation to Winston-Salem for my husband’s fellowship. Her team was perfect! We were only able to be in town for 3-4 days and she lined up all the houses and she was even able to find some that were about to come on the market that weren’t even online yet! We highly recommend her. Especially if you are in the medical field, her husband went to residency here and so she understands the pressures of getting into and out of a house in the area on the timeline of residency and fellowship! She is super available and responded to our emails right away- I swear she doesn’t sleep. We had such a seamless easy first time house buying experience!"
