Founded in 2016, Village Realty is a local, women-owned boutique real estate firm located in the heart of Reynolda Village. Our name reflects not only where we work but also how we approach real estate, as a collaborative effort, because we believe it truly takes a village.
With a team of dedicated agents, we're proud of how our business has grown and the strong relationships we've built along the way. Since we opened our doors, Village Realty has closed 682 homes and more than $347 million in volume.

Missy Farrell founded Village Realty in 2017 with a simple idea: guide people home with real local knowledge and none of the pressure. As a licensed Realtor, she pairs a deep understanding of the Winston-Salem market with genuine care for the people she works with.
Before starting Village Realty, Missy gained valuable experience working with a larger agency. While she appreciated her time there, she identified numerous opportunities to improve the home-buying process. Determined to make a difference, she set out to build a company that prioritizes personalized service, transparency, and community expertise.
Missy has since built a team of hardworking agents who know the market and genuinely care about the people they work with. When she's not helping clients, you'll often find her playing with her beloved dog or enjoying a day at the beach with her husband and family.
